Device render
Description
The objective of this project was to integrate two distinct subjects into a unified project, aiming to develop a fully functional device for industrial automation throughout the semester. The project was conducted in pairs, providing an opportunity to enhance our understanding of programming AVR microcontrollers and various concepts related to data buses (SPI, I2C, UART), as well as the control of electronic circuits using PWM. Moreover, from an electronics standpoint, we gained comprehensive knowledge regarding the functionality of operational amplifiers, optocouplers, and linear voltage stabilizers. Additionally, we explored various types of diodes, such as Zener diodes, TVS diodes, and Schottky diodes.
An additional component of this project involved designing a customized printed circuit board (PCB) and enclosing all components within a suitable enclosure, serving as a bonus aspect to the overall endeavor.
